Married At First Sight bride Lacey Martin has revealed she’s lost a stone since the show finished filming earlier this year.
The office manager, 27, married engineer Nathan, 24, in the latest series of the Channel 4 programme and their union has been relatively plain sailing compared to some of their co-stars.
But, while fans will have to tune in to see if the couple are still together, Lacey gave fans a glimpse at her life after the show.
The brunette bombshell took to Instagram on Tuesday to reveal her new image.
She added that she has been hitting the gym and cutting down her portion sizes.
Taking to her Instagram Story, the star flaunted her figure in a black work out bra and hot pink leggings.
Over the top of the video, she wrote: ‘I’ve lost a stone since mafs! My main problem is food!!! I’ve cut my portion sizes!!
‘And more exercises!! I’ve recently got back in to my dancing but to me it was mainly the food, I was having hug portions. I’m a huge foody!’.
And Lacey has not been shy about flaunting her new slimmer figure.
In another snap from her Greek holiday, the star took a mirror selfie in a bathroom.
She put on a busty display in a skin tight green cat suit which featured a plunging neckline and halter neck.
The star looked nothing short of gorgeous in the snaps as she enjoyed the getaway with her family.
And the reality star’s body transformation comes after fans were left fuming after Lacey’s mum broke down in tears following a clash with her new son in law Nathan last week, and claimed her ‘performance’ was a bid to land her own spot on the show.
The episode saw the newlyweds visited by their families as they attempted to settle into life as couples just weeks after walking down the aisle.
But things got off to a bad start when Lacey’s mother asked vegetarian Nathan to chop chicken for fajitas, an offer he politely declined.
She admitted ‘never meeting’ a veggie before and later went on to question his motives with daughter Lacey, who had pre warned her new husband not to engage in ‘banter’ with her mum.
Following the meal Nathan, who suffers from ADHD, made a joke about the food being terrible – despite him not eating any – only for Lacey’s mother to break down in tears, calling him ‘rude’
