Married At First Sight UK viewers left in hysterics when hunky new groom Luke made his debut on the show on Thursday.
The musclebound Maltese, 30, who tied the knot with fellow newbie Amy, introduced himself during his intro as a ‘true gentleman’ who was looking for his Mrs Right.
However as the cameras showed footage of his everyday life as he did his ironing and and chopped wood, Luke was topless throughout.
Taking to X fans were convinced it was all a parody with one exclaiming the groom must be ‘taking the p***’.
Writing: ‘Topless and chopping wood LMAO’: ‘Best TV ever’: ‘Sure he irons topless’: ‘John Cena in da house. Or is it Magic Luke’: ‘I can see it now… the future Luke collecting their kids from school shirtless’.
‘I wouldn’t be able to take him seriously doing these outdoor chores with no top on’: Topless ironing.. completely unnecessary, but damn I’, here for that!!’: ‘Luke I’ll cope with all this cheese nonsense just to see him cut wood’.
Luke describes himself as a traditional gentleman and says he will romance his wife by making her home cooked meals and complimenting her appearance.
After relocating from Malta to the UK, Luke trained in Youth Rehabilitation and works in a prison but in his spare time has competed in body building competitions.
He has ranked first place in tournaments across the world after committing his life to the sport, which saw him transform his body.
Luke admits his previous partners would describe him as a ‘princess’ and says his celebrity crush is A-list actress Margot Robbie.
His biggest turnoff is bad table manners and he hopes being part of the dating show will teach him how to be ‘vulnerable’ in front of his wife.
It comes after MailOnline also revealed that Mancunian Ryan, 28, would also be joining the TV experiment, with his wedding to air on Friday.
Ryan, who’s a semi-professional footballer-turned-bin man, admits he enjoys the simple pleasures in life and is won over by a McDonald’s meal and milkshake.
He plans on living to the full after being diagnosed with bladder cancer in 2017 and raising awareness of the disease through his campaign work, urging people to get tested if they feel any abnormalities.
A TV source told MailOnline: ‘Ryan and Luke are new additions to Married At First Sight UK and they commit to their brides this week.
‘It’s great to have new joiners enter the experiment and given their different stories and backgrounds, Ryan and Luke definitely make their mark on the series.
