MARRIED At First Sight bride Polly Sellman revealed recent her weight loss as she stripped to a red bikini to celebrate.
The E4 show star, who is partnered with somewhat controversial groom Adam Nightingale, 33, donned the striking two-piece as she shimmed in her bedroom.
Polly, 28, addressed her changing shape as she wrote in her caption: “seeing progress is hostly the best thing.”
Her swimwear showed off her toned figure while she left her hair and make-up natural.
The video, filmed on her iPhone in the reflection of a bedroom mirror, showed the star clearly chuffed with her two stone weight loss and new shape.
It gave no clues as to whether she’s still with her spouse – who has been branded “vile ” for his crude body-related remarks towards his bride.
Adam previously admitted the stunning redhead wasn’t his type – just minutes after meeting her at the altar.
He told the camera he was, in fact, looking for a “petite brunette” who resembled Hollywood actress Megan Fox.
He further described his ideal scenario as having a mixture between Megan and Brassic screen star Michelle Keegan.
This prompted irked viewers sticking up for stunning red head Polly to blast him as “delusional.”
They called out the groom and his “breathtaking audacity” to expect his partner to look like the A-list stunners.
Hitting out online, one fan wrote on X: “The sheer breathtaking audacity of 4/10 Adam with his ridiculous bowl cut thinking lovely 7/10 Polly isn’t good enough for him as he wants Megan Fox.”
Earlier this week, viewers saw Polly rejected by Adam for a second time – despite the pair becoming intimate on their wedding night.
Their Honeymoon in the stunning surroundings of Trentino in Italy was full of ups and downs as she tried to ascertain the barber’s true feelings for her.
He then warned her to “not get too excited” as he gave her a kiss to round off their trip overseas.
Meanwhile, there was more heartache for Polly as she stormed out of the first Dinner Party due to Adam’s cruel remarks.
Polly is originally from Kent, but has been living in Brisbane, Australia.
The contestant was committed to finding love again, so much so that she jetted across the world to take a shot at marriage on the popular TV show.
Her longest relationship was six years.
Before the MAFS show Polly had been single for seven months and she has hinted on her socials that it had not been an easy ride, with a bunch of “sh*t relationships” punctuating her past.
Prior to meeting Adam, Polly admitted to MAFS experts that she was looking for someone who is “emotionally available, considerate and thoughtful.”
Speaking about the experiment, she added: “I’m excited to go into the unknown, to have things that aren’t in my control and to just go into it open minded.”
