Young And Restless Spoilers September 30: Will Sharon ‘Fess Up?

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, September 30, pick up from Heather’s death and Sharon’s cover-up. Will the truth come out sooner rather than later?

Missing in Action

Daniel was busy rewarding — er, punishing — his daughter after her long day of community service with a special plate of ice cream (that will teach her to steal booze!), but that’s enough tough love. He and Lucy (Lily Brooks O’Briant) head home, only to discover Heather (Vail Bloom) is nowhere to be found. (Neither is a bottle of whisky, a garbage can, and a rug, but they’re not that observant.)

Daniel goes out searching for her. But unless a CGI bridge is on his route, we don’t expect Daniel to be too successful.

Hide and Seek

Sharon (Sharon Case) knows where Heather is. She threw her off the aforementioned CGI bridge into some B-roll water. The dead and bloody Cameron (Linden Ashby) urged her to clean up the mess and pretend nothing ever happened. He said otherwise, she’d be locked up for good, and she’d never see Mariah (Camryn Grimes), Noah (Rory Gibson), and Faith (Reylynn Caster) again — much less Nick (Joshua Morrow).

Sure, Cameron is just a figment of Sharon’s imagination — even he admits that. But he doesn’t control Sharon completely. A moral part of Sharon is still available to fight back. And she wonders whether she shouldn’t just come clean.

Queen Bee

And while Daniel searches, Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) continues bulldozing through the personal and the professional. She’s told Billy (Jason Thompson) that she’ll do anything to ensure he keeps Abbott-Chancellor. And she’s told Summer (Allison Lanier) and Daniel that she’ll do anything to make sure her children are happy — based on Phyllis’ definition. This is why we’re not 100% convinced that Phyllis didn’t have a hand in Heather’s demise and Sharon’s breakdown. Anything for Daniel.
