Married At First Sight’s Jay Howard has suffered a set back in her career as she revealed her latest health woe has ‘postponed filming for her next job’.

The former contestant, 32, who stared on the show in 2023, took to Instagram on Thursday to reveal that she had dislocated her knee.

She thanked the staff at Accrington Victoria Hospital after her knee ballooned nearly double the size following an injury.

Jay posted a candid snap posing outside the hospital with her knee strapped into a black brace.

Despite her injury Jay looked in top spirits as she wore a pink tracksuit and white Crocs while she ‘hobbled’ to her car for the journey home.

Sharing the candid clip to her 208,000 followers, she penned: ‘Only I would DISLOCATE my bloody knee a few days before filming starts for my next job

Jay’s latest health woe comes a year on from emotional solo arrival to Married At First Sight’s reunion dinner party.

Attending the party, she revealed that she had split from her husband Luke Worley, 31, while fans claim ‘she had a lucky escape.’

Luke was ejected from the series after having a physical fight with co-star Jordan Gayle, 27, and has further angered Channel 4 bosses with his social media posts, forcing Jay to also leave the show as she couldn’t continue alone.

But their fellow contestants were left in shock when Jay arrived to the dinner party alone as they questioned what had happened.

Responding to Laura and Peggy, the sales manager explained: ‘Luke basically said like that we are better off just being friends.’

She added: ‘I asked him what he wanted and he couldn’t answer the question.

‘I would have preferred to try and make it work. I still have feelings for him but it is what it is.’
