Lala Kent was every inch the doting mom as she took her newborn daughter Sosa out to lunch on Tuesday, in her first outing since giving birth two weeks ago.
The Vanderpump Rules star, 34, was seen enjoying a bite to eat with her baby girl — whom she conceived via sperm donor — in Sherman Oaks.
The reality TV star’s mom, Lisa Burningham, also joined in on the family outing.
Lala — who shared first photos of her bundle of joy on Instagram on Tuesday — opted for a casual look, sporting a charcoal gray t-shirt, distressed wide-leg jeans, and a white and black ‘Average’ baseball cap.
She completed the look with sneakers and accessorized with chunky gold hoop earrings.
The star was pictured carrying the baby car seat by herself as she made her way to the restaurant.
Inside, she was seen tending to her little one, who was dressed in a pink and white floral onesie.
Meanwhile her mom looked chic in a black shirt and striped pants with floral embellishments.
Earlier in the day Lala shared the first photo of her newborn daughter.
She welcomed Sosa, her second child, on September 3, and has now posted snaps of the bundle of joy to her Instagram.
The sweet post showed Sosa slumbering peacefully whilst wrapped up in a soft blanket.
She followed it up with another precious photo of her eldest child, three-year-old daughter Ocean, bonding with her little sister.
Ocean adorably kissed her baby sister on the cheek as she held the infant in her arms.
‘Two weeks ago, on September 3rd, I welcomed my second baby girl, Sosa Kent. I’ve been open about my dream of this moment- at 10:13pm the moment came true. My little dream baby entered the world,’ Lala wrote in the caption.
‘I am completely in love with her- We all are. Sosa, you have no idea what you have brought into my life. I am blessed to call myself your mama. Welcome to our crazy world, boo boo. We are so happy you’re here,’ she captioned the post.
The post also contained video of Lala going into labor.
She sat on a hospital bed and breathed deeply as her mother Lisa and several friends stood nearby in support.
‘It’s exciting!’ Lisa gushed.
‘We’re gonna have a baby!’ cooed the woman behind the camera.
Lala was seen for the first time since welcoming daughter Sosa on Monday, stepping out in a grey top, jeans, and white cap as she carried a baby car seat.
Sosa was conceived by sperm donor. Ocean’s father is Lala’s ex-fiance, Randall Emmett.
Lala announced Sosa’s arrival on September 4, posting to her Instagram Stories: ‘Welcome to the world, my love. 9.3.24.’
The reality star previously insisted that, while she wanted another child ‘so badly’, she had no desire to find a ‘baby daddy’.
Speaking on Vanderpump Rules, she said: ‘I want another baby so badly.’
‘My child is like fully speaking. She’s very excited about the thought of a sibling.’
She said: ‘I don’t want a baby daddy. It’s not happening. There’s no changing my mind.’
Lala split from Randall in acrimonious circumstances, and that influenced her approach to having another child.
She explained: ‘I know this is not the norm, and I just feel like going the donor route is the right decision for me.
‘I want an absolute with this baby. No matter what, this is my baby. No one can ever come in and take it from me. I don’t have to share it on Christmas Day. Just mine.’
The Bravo star is keen to have ‘many’ children in different ways over the coming years.
She said: ‘I think I’m going to get a sperm donor, I’m going to have this baby. Then I’d like to adopt a baby. If I meet a guy later on we can have a baby.
‘I’ll just have all the kids in the world and I’m going to be so happy.’
