When Strictly hunk Bobby Brazier was spotted kissing transgender reality television star Ella Morgan at an awards do earlier this year, there were hopes they may start dating.
But Bobby quickly rebuffed Ella’s advances as she appeared to make an attempt to rekindle things at the National Television Awards on Wednesday night.
The pair, who were first introduced in May when the 21-year-old, who plays Freddie Slater in Eastenders, was seen locking lips with Ella at the TV Baftas.
And at the raucous afterparty, which was held at the O2’s American Express Lounge, the 30-year-old reality TV star made a beeline for the actor once again, but this time Bobby was ‘having none of it,’ according to a fellow reveller.
Revealing the ‘cringe’ moment, an onlooker told MailOnline: ‘Ella was keen to show off her dress to Bobby and clearly hoped that sparks would fly again, but Bobby wasn’t interested and gave her the cold shoulder.
‘He was polite, but firmly shut down any suggestion that the pair of them would enjoy another drunken snog.
‘Bobby made his excuses before darting across the room and hiding from Ella.’
Ella, who is taking part in the new series of Celebs Go Dating, wore a skimpy yellow-and-gold dress to the lavish do where she was seen partying into the night.
She became the UK’s first trans dating show contestant when she joined the E4’s Married In First Sight in 2023, but was unlucky in finding the perfect partner. She is currently appearing on Celebs Go Dating.
Speaking about her dalliance with Bobby, Ella said: ‘We had a nice time, but now I’m putting everything into this. Yes, we’re friendly. Bobby’s a lovely boy and we get on really well. He’s aware I’m doing this show.’
A few months before her cheeky smooch, Ella signed up to Married At First Sight and thought she found the man of her dreams with JJ Slater but was soon disappointed when their romance quickly fizzled out.
When asked about her time on with JJ -who is now dating Katie Price- Ella revealed that despite him being the ‘first guy in a long time who she really liked’, she believed he was not interested in their relationship.
She also explained that JJ made her ‘realise what she does not’.
Recently Bobby, the son of television presenter Jeff Brazier and the late Big Brother star Jade Goody, was spotted kissing X Factor star Virginia Hampson, also 21, while in the streets of London however he is believed to be single.
Following last year’s Strictly, in which was a finalist, Bobby was seen out with Ellie Leach, who won the glitter ball. However, sources close to both parties insist they were only ever good friends.
Bobby won the prestigious rising star award at last year’s NTAs and went on to become somewhat of a national treasure while appearing on Strictly.
