The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, September 6, remind Nick — and everyone else in Genoa City — that there is no one wiser than Victor and Nikki. But mostly Victor.
The Parent Trap
Nick (Joshua Morrow) is at loose ends. We’re unsure where he is working since Victor (Eric Braeden) keeps playing musical chairs with his offspring’s professional lives. He doesn’t have a woman to obsess over since ex-wife Sharon (Sharon Case) is keeping him at arm’s length, while ex-wife Phyllis (Michelle Stafford)…should be kept at arm’s length.
Christian continues to be invisible, Noah (Rory Gibson) is somewhere in Europe, and Faith (Reylynn Castor) is about to be discharged from the hospital and presumably return to college. So, he doesn’t know what he should be focusing on. It’s a good thing that Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victor are here to tell him what they need…for themselves.
Baby Boy Abbott
Meanwhile, Kyle (Michael Mealor) has nothing but things to obsess over. There is the company he is totally going to use to stick it to his won Daddy. There is his inability to peacefully co-parent Harrison (Redding Munsell) with Summer (Allison Lanier). There is his whatever that is with Claire (Hayley Erin).
How is Diane (Susan Walters) supposed to get a word in edgewise? All we know is this is Diane. She’s never going to give up trying.
Laying Down the Law
Lucy (Lily Brooks O’Briant) is being discharged from the hospital, too. Only Daniel and Heather (Vail Bloom) aren’t about to pat her on the head and allow life to go on as before. There are some new ground rules for the little rule-breaker.
And with Faith headed back to college, Lucy will need a new partner in crime. We nominate Katie (Sienna Mercuri). She looks like she really wants to cause some trouble.
