Mauricio Umansky Resurfaces After Netflix Axed His Show As He Turns To Bikini-Clad New Lover For Comfort

Mauricio Umansky was seen enjoying a romantic weekend with his new girlfriend in Mexico.

The 54-year-old realtor, whose Netflix show Buying Beverly Hills was canceled, seemed to be taking the bad news in stride while enjoying his tropical vacation.

Umansky, who separated from his wife, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards last summer, enjoyed taking a dip with his new lady love Nikita Khan.

The couple were staying at the One & Only Mandarina resort near Puerto Vallarta.

The resort offers tree houses and cliff villas among its accommodations.

Umansky looked fit in a pair of black and white swim trunks as he and Khan made their way to the warm waters of the Riviera Nayarit in photos obtained by TMZ.

His salt and pepper hair appeared to be closely cropped.

The reality star wore a gold medallion around his neck.

The Ukrainian-born beauty showcased her toned abs in an orange triangle bikini top and seafoam green string bikini bottoms.

Her highlighted blonde hair was styled in a high bun and she appeared to be makeup free.

It’s unclear how long the couple have known each other, but they were first spotted canoodling on holiday on the Greek island of Mykonos in July.

The pair were spotted walking side-by-side in the sand.

Later they held hands as they strolled toward the waves, where they seemed to enjoy getting close to each other.

Now that season two of Buying Beverly Hills has been cancelled, Umansky will have more time to focus on his newly launched American Real Estate Association, a new trade association for realtors.

While Richards, 55, was the one who initiated the marital split, and removed ‘wife’ from her social media profiles after Umansky went public with his new relationship, neither has apparently filed for divorce.

The couple share four daughters; Farrah, 35, from Richards’ first marriage to Guraish Aldjufrie, Alexia, 28, Sophia, 24 and Portia, 16.

Farrah, Alexia and Sophia have joined their dad in his real estate business at The Agency.

The entrepreneur starred on the show alongside Farrah and Alexia.

The show’s second season premiered on the streamer in March.

Sources told Deadline the cancellation is due to viewership, rather than the cost of production.

It comes after the latest season shed light on Kyle and Mauricio’s marriage woes.

Another point of tension on the show was Umansky’s strained relationship with brother-in-law Rick Hilton.

The rift between the former business partners was the catalyst for The Agency’s inception.

There was also a second season narrative based on Kyle and Mauricio’s daughter Sophia becoming involved in the family business.

The unscripted show premiered in late 2022.

One episode also included a scene in which the real estate mogul admitted he was afraid to ask his estranged wife if she is dating her close friend, singer Morgan Wade.

There was also a scene that showed the parents sitting down with their daughters — they have four in total — to address their separation news after it initially hit the media.

‘We should talk about that now that we’re all here by the way,’ Richards began before adding, ‘Because coming out of the blue, what happened, it kind of blindsided all of us.’

The duo continued to navigate their separation throughout the season two episodes, with Umansky admitting in one episode that he hadn’t had a real conversation with his wife in ‘two months.’
