The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Connor Newman’s (Judah Mackey) issues may get worse before they get better. Y&R fans know Connor has been dealing with a lot of stress and changes in his life, so Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) is worried that it’s all become too much for him.
Connor has been acting out ever since he found out the news about his baby sister – and there’s no sign of his behavior changing just yet.
Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and even Johnny Abbott (Paxton Mishkind) tried to get through to Connor during pizza night, but he had a negative reaction.
Connor feels like everyone is ganging up on him and pushing him to share his feelings when he’s not ready for that yet.
If this keeps up, Connor might make a bold move to escape everyone who’s breathing down his neck.
Will Connor disappear on Chelsea or Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and eventually leave them both in panic mode?
It’s easy to imagine Chelsea popping down to the coffeehouse and chatting with Billy while Connor’s up at the apartment doing homework or playing video games.
When Chelsea returns home, she might flip out if Connor has suddenly gone missing.
This could be a good time for Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) to come to the rescue again since she’s found runaway Connor in the park before.
Maybe if Connor has a conversation with pregnant Sally, it could help him embrace the idea of being a big brother. Sally might admit this is all new and overwhelming to her, too.
Perhaps Sally will convince Connor that she could really use his help to figure out this new chapter and suggest she’s glad her daughter will have a brother like him to look up to.
Sally just might be the perfect person to get through to Connor and help him settle down ahead of the baby’s birth.
Adam and Chelsea could carry out a search for Connor before finding him with Sally somewhere.
It could lead to Connor admitting he had a nice talk with Sally and promising he’ll be the older sibling that his sister needs.
Naturally, this could also serve as a way to pull Adam, Sally, Connor and the new baby together as a family.
