Eden Harper has had quite the makeover.
The Married At First Sight star was sporting a very different look in photos that have resurfaced online.
The 28-year-old bride’s Facebook page shows images from her days as a suntanned bleach blonde.
In the photos, Eden, who is based on the Gold Coast, sports platinum locks and a series of summer looks.
She was a fan of glamorous makeup and a red lip, while these days she has a much more natural makeup palette and softer blonde locks.
It comes after golden couple Jayden and groom Eden Harper got in hot water with Channel Nine after enjoying a date night in Sydney.
Despite producers reportedly not wanting the cast to talk to or be seen with any former participants, Daily Mail Australia can reveal that Jayden and Eden lied to producers and spent an evening with Melinda Willis, Alyssa Barmonde and Tahnee Cook.
Jayden, 26, and Eden were pictured arriving at Sydney’s Cargo Bar hand-in-hand.
Daily Mail Australia understands Eden originally reached out to Tahnee, who appeared on the dating show last year, for advice and the pair struck up a friendship.
The couple were joined by Shark Tank judge and Showpo founder Jane Lu.
Jayden and Eden spent several hours chatting about their time on the show, before the couple received texts from crew members asking for their whereabouts.
They eventually made their way back to Skye Suites, Greensquare.
The couple had broken their weekend curfew of 10pm and didn’t get back to their hotel until way past 11pm.
‘Producers were screaming at them but it was the end of the road and there was nothing anything anybody could do about it,’ an insider said.
The MAFS 2024 cast are said to be the ‘worst behaved cast to date’ – or so they’ve been told – and were scolded by producers on a number of occasions.
After filming previous seasons at Skye Suites on Kent Street in Sydney’s CBD, producers moved the cast to Green Square – the posh neighbourhood just a quick 10-minute dash from the airport.
According to whispers around the set, relocating was the producer’s desperate attempt to keep the stars of the show from going AWOL.
‘Last year was just a mess,’ said one spy.
‘Some cast members slipped out the fire escape and didn’t return until the birds chirped at sunrise – they wanted to put a stop to that.’
But despite crew going to extreme efforts to tame the cast, this year’s cast proved to be a nightmare for all involved.
