Maya Jama has said she will host Love Island for as long as it remains on screens – calling it her favourite job ever.
The TV presenter, 29, became the face of the ITV2 dating show when former host Laura Whitmore left in 2022 after three series.
With the show set to air its first ever All Stars season this month, Maya is already looking ahead at what’s to come.
Speaking to The Sun, she said: ‘I’ll stay for as long as it’s going. It’s been fun actually. It’s been my favourite job ever.’
As well as being host, Maya also turned casting agent this year as she helped producers choose the line-up.
She recommended they ask Hannah Elizabeth from season one to return for another shot at love, a decision which has paid off as she agreed to take part again.
The series will feature Love Island alumni continuing their quest to find their dream partner.
However the spin-off Aftersun will not air, meaning Maya can stay out in South Africa for the show’s entirety rather than having to jet back to London.
She said of the shake-up: ‘I’m doing interviews as soon as they leave… with this new exit interview format, I feel like you’ll get the raw emotion. I’m really excited about that actually’.
Elsewhere, Maya promised she has some ‘good looks’ in store for when she enters the villa after wowing viewers with her previous racy ensembles.
Maya took to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday to give an insight into her sun-soaked work trip.
She shared a video of herself dancing and singing to music as she sunbathed by the pool on her day off, ahead of getting to work hosting Love Island All Stars.
Maya looked as incredible as ever in a yellow and pink bikini as she went make-up free while lying back on her deckchair and soaking up the rays.
She also excitedly looked ahead to the Love Island All Stars launch show on January 15.
She said: ‘My hair is getting lighter and lighter in the sun. I have the pool to myself, today is a day off before you ask. Love Island is starting soon though! Topping up my tan!’
She then took to her Instagram grid to share a slew of stunning snaps, wearing an ivory minidress with a ruffled sleeve.
The lowcut dress showed a glimpse at her ample cleavage, while her toned legs were on full display as she posed in front of a beautiful mountain background.
Captioning the shots, Maya teased Love Island’s return, writing: ‘calm before the .. dun dadadada’.
On Saturday, Maya gave a glimpse into her first class flight to South Africa as she jetted off ready to present the Love Island spin-off show.
Taking to Instagram, she relished the free cocktails in Virgin Atlantic’s Upper Class Lounge while waiting to board her long-haul flight.
Maya then shared a sweet selfie of herself tucked up in her bed as she woke up from her nap during the flight.
